When my twins were growing up, I wanted to give them food made with better ingredients.
But I kept facing the same problem — the food I wanted them to have wasn’t always the food they wanted to eat.
That’s when I started experimenting in my own kitchen.
I wanted to create everyday favourites that my family would genuinely enjoy, while still making thoughtful choices about what went into them.
That simple idea became Yumily.
Even today, every recipe I make has to answer one question:
Would I happily serve this to my own family
If the answer isn’t yes, it doesn’t make the cut.
Because I believe better choices shouldn’t come at the cost of taste.
