Yumily is an Indian food brand offering thoughtfully crafted food products, including:
- Yumily Tomato Ketchup – 320 g
- Yumily Ragi Choco Chip Cookies – 150 g
- Yumily Elaichi Almond Cookies – 150 g
Our products are offered for sale subject to availability and the information provided on their respective product pages.
2. Eligibility
By using this Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order.

4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
Yumily reserves the right to revise prices from time to time. However, the price applicable to a confirmed order will remain unchanged.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
An order placed on the Website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.
Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment and acceptance by Yumily.
Order confirmation will be communicated through the registered email address or mobile number.
Yumily reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing due to technical errors, suspected fraudulent transactions or delivery restrictions.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payment Terms
Currently, Yumily accepts online prepaid payments only through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateway providers. Yumily does not store complete debit card, credit card or banking credentials on its servers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered to serviceable locations within India.
Our standard estimated delivery timeline is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
Applicable shipping charges and other relevant delivery information will be communicated at checkout.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays or operational disruptions.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched by contacting us at wecare@yumily.in.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Due to the food nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
However, we will address genuine cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, expired or otherwise non-conforming products, subject to verification.
